I shared the program with a relative who is unfamiliar with technology and she was able to install it on her computer with no problem.

Aggressive to a point its borderline useless.

It also would not let certain programs open as well.

It kind of influenced me on purchasing the computer. It is not compatible with the computer that I bought. I don’t understand Microsoft does not have an app for the Trend Micro antivirus, therefore recommends not using it, which I totally understand. Obviously the people that offer the product with Microsoft computer doesn’t.

I got this "free" subscription with a purchase at Best Buys. I never used it, ever. Then I made sure I phoned in and told them I didn't want to renew. They still charged me months after. I will never but again from Best But in the USA!!!!
