Trends Micro is a great security software. I've had a it a few months with my most recent purchase of a computer however I have used it in the past. My experience with this security software has been great and I recommend to purchase or use it if it comes with your product.

This is the best antivirus. I would buy again. It appears to be working. I have used this brand antivirus for about 7 years and I have not encountered any problems with it.

I have purchased Geek Squad coverage for a long time. They are always there when ever you need help. Whether it be by phone, computer or in store. Help is there for you.

used this for a bunch of years. Just switched out to a different one as part of a tech repair program upgrade. no complaints though

Like the title states, smooth web surfing without any issues or concerns. Runs my system and is always updated.

Great computer easy set up very compact great price

I bought another brand first and brought it back after a couple of days because of all of the issues with the touch screen. I chose this Dell Inspiron as its replacement. It worked beautifully for the first few weeks. I loved the ability to switch back and forth between a traditional laptop and a tablet. But after a few weeks the hinge cracked and I was not able to close the lid. I took it into Best Buy because I paid for the 3 year service package and OF Course something like this is not covered so it is going to cost me over $100 to get it fixed. Also the screen blacks out from time to time. I am assuming that is because one of the connections has been cracked along with the plastic hinge. The processing and speed of the computer is fine but the mechanics are CHEAP. I am a senior citizen with an IT background and have owned laptops since the early 90s. So I know how to use them!!! They made all of the cheap decisions and ruined this computer because of the mechanics.
