I am very happy with the product, I have been using this for a while.

This is my second times purchased this item, last year I brought the different one due to the sale price of the other product and I don't like it. So this year when I need to renew my protection again, I decided is time to switch back to this product even the other one offer me the discount price.

We have bought Trend Micro Max Security for a long time from Best Buy. We have never had any problems. Its easy to download. This year, it was so simple, just had to put the code key numbers in. That was it! Best Buy has always had the best price. And free shipping.

I have been using trend micro for 8 years and I have never had an issue on my pc or phone. I also like the fact that this anti virus is not resource heavy so it doesn’t slow down my pc or phone. I don’t even notice it running on my phone till it’s needed. No impact on battery life either.

I have used trend micro for years and have never had any issues with them. My son’s gaming experience has never slowed down in any way and it’s really secure as it highlights all internet links in green to show it’s safe to proceed! Great product!

I've been using Trend Micro antivirus software for years and am very pleased with it. Works for all my computers, tablets and phones too. Wait for a sale and it's a great product for the money.

I've been using Trend Micro for years!!!! It works well and protects multiple devices (mobile phone, PC). One negative: when when subscription term is close to ending, my computer begins to slow down. I'm sure that's a nudge from the programmers. Shame companies do that to rope you back in.

Easy to install, easy to add devices, set it and forget it

Trend works well and is easy to install. I never had any problems. I have been using Trend for several years. At times I had questions and the customer help has been free and very useful. The techs take time and patience with consumers.

Works well and easy to install. Haven't had any difficulties and we were able to install it on several devices. Best of all, it wasn't very spammy/ad heavy, as we've had with certain other antivirus programs. Very Happy

I buy this software every year and it never fails to protect. You could renew through Trend's website but it costs more. I can keep all my devices safe with this one product!

The best security I have ever used and will not change to something else.

Bought this in-store as the associate said it was easy to install. I have 4 devices I needed to install it on and since I am not a very techie person, I found it a little difficult. Had to call their support line for the first install and still need to call regarding a few other things.

Been using Trend for many, many years with good luck. Previously had another product, but it caused problems and the tech's couldn't removed it from my PC. So I installed Trend and have been with it ever since.

This was my first time purchasing this product. So far it's working great. I still prefer McAfee but this was on sale and could be installed on 5 devices. I figured I would try it. The notifications are a bit annoying.
