Product was very easy to download and install. It works just as advertised. Only downside installed it on android phone and it did not work at all, froze up the phone. But it does work very well on computers.

I have had good experiences overall with Trend Micro products. I wish they didn't change so much from year to year. I love the encrypted vault but if I forget to make a copy of it, when I load the new version I lose all the old info.
