I have had so many advertisement tabs pop up that I purchased Norton again. I tried to uninstall the Trend and I thought it was removed but there was still a file on my C: drive that would not allow me to remove it. I called Trend support and their support did the exact same things I tried. She then tried to talk me into paying one of their third parties to remove the application.

I couldn’t bring my laptop In for service because of COVID restrictions so I wanted a CD. Still can’t download.

No where on the outside of the box did it have a date of warning that it may not be supported by Trend or an expiration date. Once I opened the box it was labeled "Best Buy Trend Micro Maximum Security 2018" Best Buy gave me a difficult time in returning this product because I had opened the box but after a lengthy conversation with management was able to return the product.
