The employee said that we did not need it because we already had a plan that included security. He allowed us to return the newly purchased Trend Micro Security product and get a refund. He made sure we were connected before she left the store.

Lesson learned I will never buy any software from BB again.

Purchase was just over 3 weeks ago and so far the service for computer set up has been lousy. So I’m actually just beginning to even use the computer and it’s been rough going. The store does not have enough staff for adequate customer service.
