If you already have it on your devices and just have to put in new serial # of your new purchase, just go to your Trend micro console and click on the date protected to on lower right. Then just plug in your new serial # and finish install....no problem! Using any other method....problem. Hope this helps you out!!!!

Called BB Customer service and the people were thoroughly unprofessional and rude. They were laughing at me and offered no help whatsoever. Contacted Trend Micro and a week after purchasing they provided me with a license key for downloading and installing the software. A day after installing I had to uninstall it because the software keeps shutting down my wi-fi connection every hour. Uninstalled the product and installed a different brand of AV software--end of problem. 2 Lessons learned: 1: Don't use Trend Micro 2: Don't purchase anything from Best Buy if one expects good customer service.

Poor Performance with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1

Worked well with Catalina to begin with, but when OS upgraded to 10.15.1 internet performance slowed to a crawl, I mean dial-up speed. After contacting tech support and downloading their "fix" internet performance still sub-par. I wasted my money on this product. It is not an acceptable product for a Mac's antivirus needs.
