Nothing special about the product. It seems to work as well as any of the others. I have used it for several years. I do wish that the one - year term of the license would start after the prior years license expires. I always inadvertently lose several days of protection when I activate the new license.

This product did not come with a disk which is not a problem, but downloading from their website which is not user friendly was not a good experience. I finally got it installed on one laptop but not the rest it was too much hassle to even go though.

I had some problems with this product and I don't remember just what they were, but switched to a different product the next year

I spent over 2 hrs online with Trend Micro and 30 mins with BB Geeksquad with no luck. I have been a loyal customer for many years and that changed today. TM sent me to the TM BB site and they only have one prod I can select and only have support for up to 3 devices. I told TM my prod wasn't listed and they told me to click on the one that was available and when I entered my key code it would go to my prod. That didn't happen. When I entered my code it told me it was for another prod and click here which took me right back to the TM BB site with only the one choice. When I installed it it removed my last version so now I have nothing. Geek squad couldn't find any info on my plan and wanted me to talk to someone else. I went to my past purchases and found it in less than a minute. I am supposed to have up to 10 devices and support until Jan 2020. I will never purchase Trend Micro again!!!!!! I do not recommend their products to anyone.

It's a good product, i buy it every year. However i do not put sensitive information on my computer. No online banking, Etc.

It worked fine last year I’ve been using this for years and it’s not as good this year. But it’s ok for the purpose...

Purchased this for use with multiple computers and operating systems. On sale for a good price, but no indication on box that it would not work with the latest Mac OS X so having to wait until it will be updated and compatible. Aggravating though when you are paying for a 12 months subscription and will not get near 12 mos. of usage for some devices.

use this on my parents and kids mobile devices. works ok so far. haven't had any problems.

My phone sped up after installing this! Works great!

I had a heck of a time loading into my computer. I had to take it to Best Buy for them to install it. I swear that it makes my computer slower than before i had it installed. I am still considering taking it out of the computer and getting something else.

Went to best buy on the problem on installing this item. Tech support of best buy wanted to charge over $50.00 dollars to help me install into my laptop not my other two desk tops at home. Had to use online for installing on my laptop but can not install on my desktop. Very bad purchase and help from the store that sold the item.

Installed and immediately had issues, stated I did something wrong

I added to TrendMicro to my computer a month ago and ever since my computer has been sluggish and freezes and crashes constantly. I removed it and installed another AV product and have not had any problems since.

This particular software product would not download to my desktop at all!! I've used Trend Micro products for years and this is the first time I've had a problem. I will not buy this version of Trend Micro again!!
