Pretty good, I just wish the password manager was inclusive in full. It only covers 5 entries which is a joke. I bought it with the knowledge that its all covered but I learnt too late its not.

Trend micro is a good product that will protect your computers and mobile devices. So far is been reliable thanks trend micro.

Have used Trend Micro for years. Easily loaded on home computer but had some trouble loading on cell phone and tablet this last time. However, tech support was able to assist.

Best protection. It works for all laptops and desktops. Used for years.

Does what it needed to do. Reason why it’s rated low is because its renewal process sucks. You can’t just enter in a new activation code in the app. Bitdefender was the complete opposite, entered a new code when I needed to renew. Bought a new license for trend micro and the software wouldn’t let me just enter the code into the app. It took me to chrome to login, but was asking me to buy the software. I logged on a different browser to manually enter in the new license code, but for some odd reason it was not renewing from the app side. My account shows the new license (multi device, multi platform). Uninstalled and reinstalled but still did not link the license code to my app. Gave up and just went with another software. Will not be coming back.

Trend is the only brand that we use and trust at this time and have for years now, easy to use and set up and excellent protection provided

I've been a Trend Micro user for over 10 years. However, this year, Mobile Security would not activate on my Android phone. Every time that I would try to install it, it would attempt to use my expired license instead of the license that I purchased on 12/14/25. After being in an online chat with Trend Micro support for nearly an hour, the rep told me that this is a known issue, and that a fix is expected by mid January. That is unacceptable. I have moved on to Norton 360.

Have used Trend micro for years. This version can be used on 10 devices. Have it on laptop, iPhone, iPad for family.

I have used Trend Micro products for multiple years now without any issues This time, the activation code worked on 2 PCs but does not work on multiple phones. After spending 6+ hours with both Best Buy and Trend Micro over multiple calls, Chats, store visit, they have been no help in resolving this issue. I requested refund from Best Buy 5 days ago. They said I will hear back in 24-48 hours but no response yet.

After over 10 years, my relationship with Trend Micro has come to a end. The support is gone and you can't even install this on your devices if you don't buy it from them. Hello Bitdefender

I love that i can protect all my electronics and the vpn is amazing

SCAM Requires credit card or else it won't work, no point in picking up a prepaid card. Been using them for 25 years and now have to stop, don't bother picking this up.

Difficult downloading. Really no support. Will not buy again.

BUYER BEWARE! Requires opt-in to trend micro auto-renewal terms to complete registration. Unable to bypass this process and use as stand alone product.

As the other reviews have said, TrendMicro changed up how the service is registered/activated this year. Purchasing this pack no longer prevents you from having to register with their subscription service for potential future years. You can set the program up completely and enter in the valid key, but the security software will completely disable itself if you don't also do the extra credit card registration on their site and agree to the auto-renewal despite paying for this pack. Other than the practice change, the security has been good in the past and doesn't seem to have changed badly in that regard. Just remember to cancel if you don't want to pay full price for your next year. I haven't used it for phones yet, but heard there were some problems with that in the current version too, but it may be fixed in an update.
