The trim kit made it too large for my new cabinet. Had to buy different microwave to fit. It's ok but not one I wanted.

The product description states that it gives the microwave a built in look, but when you read the owners manual for said microwave it states in large bold letters NOT FOR BUILT IN APPLICATIONS. The first call to Samsung confirmed the not for built in application. When asked what the trim kit was for, they really didn’t have an answer. Checking with Samsung supervisors yielded the same answer. Thanks to a very attentive cabinet maker, who called several appliance stores, and discovered that it can be built in with 8” of head space for ventilation! My under counter microwave was going to be only a few inches off the floor. Make sure you are willing to give up 8” of cabinet space if you purchase this microwave and trim kit. I returned mine and purchased a different unit. Very disappointed!
