We had antenna on the roof and it still did not work well, we must have been too far from a cell tower. The best we got was a yellow light not a green light.

It doesn't. I still have the same bars. I am still giving it three starts because I suspect the issue might my service rather than the unit.

Too remote to work

Was able to make one call, but then not others. Even had antenna on the roof. It may work great in other locations.
