generally like it. My teenager mainly uses it and she doesn't complain about anything accept not being able to do whatever she wants with it. Oh well. I sucks being a teenager. Lol.

Screen slow to the touch, extremely slow to load, internet barely usable because of speed, can't use google play, don't bother trying to load other apps onto it, it will just crash. Tried to give it a chance, made sure it wasn't user error. Not worth keeping. Bought for use as music player for my 8 year old. Loved the WiFi options and all the tablet extras that it had. Not worth it. Returned for a Sony walkman that I can actually play music on.

Love using it while working out. I can either listen to music or watch videos online.

My son received as birthday gift, couldn't connect to wifi. Have several devices in our home already on wifi, but unable to connect this. Took back to Best Buy, one of the techs was kind and patient, and made several attempts to make a connection. Was finally successful! However, when we returned home, were still unable to. Unfortunately, my son has now lost interest in this player. Since he can't connect to the wifi, he cannot play the games or add music. So now this MP3 player has become a paperweight.

Very good device for the price. Video out to HDMI would make it perfect.

My sister got this to replace her old thirty dollar broken mp3 player. From what i can tell, she loves the thing.

I am not happy with the durability of this product! The salesman talked my husband into buying it for our young daughter as it had many features that she would enjoy but within the first hour of owning it she dropped it onto the table and the screen broke.

Bought this for my Grandson and spent 45 min in store trying to load 1 game with an expert . Did finally work then froze up the first time he tried to open game . Not worth the trouble and disappointment for the child . Ran back to return it !!

Steer clear of this product..... Not reliable, or usable.. waste if money. I returned less than 24 hrs of purchasing... It gives the impression it can handle adding apps like a E-reader, but it can not...
