I agree, not as good as the 1st season, but still very well acted and a good storyline. Worth the investment in my opinion.

A little slow to start, but by the second episode, it became totally enthralling. The two stars were unbelievable.

If you're into crime dramas, you have found a great one. Mat and Woody shine in this series and they mesh really well as partners.

After watching this first season, I can say I wanted to like it more than I ended up liking it. With actors like Mathew M. and Woody I had really high hopes but ended up feeling a little let down. Definitely an interesting story line, but sometimes convoluted and unbelievable. FYI this is a story about two detectives tracking down serial/psychotic murderers. Expect to enjoy it somewhat but also be saying wtf a lot.

Wow, Great tv show series and the filming is just fantastic making you more excited to watch the next episode.

The story line is strong. The actors really immerse themselves in the characters that they play. McConaughey is awesome!

This was a great show to binge on, because HBO makes great tv shows and this ranks up there with Game of Thrones.

I bought the blu-ray during Thanksgiving week after reading A LOT of positive reviews on the TV series. When I started watching it, I just couldn't get into it at all. I'm not sure why but I loved the actors in the show but the storyline was just not interesting enough for me. Maybe I will need some more time to get into it, then I may change my rating on it.

Give it a chance. Starts slows but after a little bit you just need to know WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN next

I really enjoyed this when it aired on HBO. This was a gift for my stepson who I think will enjoy it also.

A show that even for HBO standards was above a beyond the typical detective story within the miniseries format.
