    Wanted to love these...

Wanted these to work well... They look great, and they feel great in the ear. The case feels kind of cheap, but it does the job. I'm just going to say it. One earbud is louder than the other. There's no getting around this. Even adjusting the balance in the accessibility area of the iPhone didn't really fix it. Just ended up with a poor balance and inconsistent sound. They sound pretty good, but not incredible, and especially not good that one is louder than the other. Also, the right channel audio went to the left earpiece and vice versa. Not a huge deal, you could just switch the two, but still annoying. Hopefully this can all be fixed with a software update, but as of now, they're just not usable in my opinion.

We are equally disappointed by the issues you've mentioned, and I'm sorry that this was your initial experience with our product.

Rest assured that we do have a fix for both of these issues coming soon, via an app update. We would love for you to try out Skybuds once the app update is released, and let us know your thoughts. skybuds

Product has the greatest feel/fit out of any of the wireless earbuds. Really strong sound quality but I was expecting that. Loved it!

    Waste of money

When trying to pair the buds to the app it keeps saying "Bluetooth error occured". So all the extra features that are supposed to come with the app are in useable. Also, the sound is so low that when you're using them in a public space you can't hear them. I wanted to like these, but I can't because when you spend $250 on a product, it should work. I like I said before, it's a waste of money.

Sorry to hear you ran into trouble using our app. It sounds like you might be using the Marshmallow OS on a Samsung device, which unfortunately has known connectivity issues. Once Samsung rolls out the update to the Nougat OS, it should solve the problem. The app update we have coming out this week also allows you to raise the volume louder if you wish. skybuds
