Voice automated help was horrible. It was relatively easy and got my joint return submitted 2 weeks early with a refund. I will buy again next year now that I know what to do. Our return was nothing complicated, just regular salary for me, pension for husband, and mortgage interest for home. Saved me $$$$ from CPA accountant.

The Best!!

It truly is the best tax software on the market. It walks you through every possible scenario, then even securely transmits your completed returns to the IRS and your State. Perfect!! Best Buy always has all of their versions in stock every year.

Easy and quicker results than i ever thought

I was amazed how easy it was and the way that the program assembled the program, while giving me opportunities to check and question a few items. The icing on the cake was getting the federal refund in about two weeks and the state refund in 4 weeks, compared to getting them in July last year.

Easy To Use

The software is easy to use and takes the guesswork out of doing my taxes. I've never had a problem and always receive my refunds within a couple of weeks. The only complaint I have is having to pay a separate fee to file my state taxes. Something I believe that should be free.
