I can always count on Turbo Tax Deluxe to handle my taxes for Fed/State. I did price match Best Buys price & saved a little more. Best Buy is good to price match as well right at the register.

Turbotax failed to include a major change to Utah's tax code the removed taxes on Military retirement pay. When I called Turbotax the first time I was told it was already figured in there. Just before I filed I took one more look and disagreed with turbo tax. When I called Turbotax again and the agent (new agent) did her research she said I was right; and it was not in turbo tax. She suggested I not file federal or State taxes until Turbotax figured it out. After waiting for weeks with no correction to turbotax other than "we are working on it", I filed my Federal and called Utah help line who helped me file manually. First time I was really disappointed in Turbotax especially with a really easy tax year. Many states have this Military State Tax forgiveness Should have been an easy update for Utah

excellent service and product required a new phone they transferred all my files went through all the apps on my phone and told me where to get a case in which they did not have in stock

Purchased a GE dryer. Had Best Buy deliver and install the Dryer. Delivery and setup went smoothly. Dryer seems to work very nicely. And it is quiet compared to my previous dryer.

Great product and easy to use. If your tax situation doesn't involve rental property and excessive complicated capital gains and losses this version is right for you.

I have been using TurboTax for the past 22 years. It does all the necessary calculations I need for my returns. It carries information over from the previous year.

The Asus laptop is a quality yet inexpensive product. If all you need is some basic computing, without all the fancy bells and whistles, this could be for you.

I hate TurboTax, but use it every year because it reads last years' returns. Fairly straight forward but it nags all the time to register. I don't want Intuit to know anything about me or my taxes. Also pricy.

I use this as it saves me many hours of calculations and time. It may sometimes seem to get i possible to reach thier pros on line tp ask a question or solve a problem but persistence will win out.

Comprehensive data entry, but we encountered a nagging software glitch that continuously rejected our tax submissions. Problem finally figured out on third phone call for Technical Assistance. First time in 14 years that we've had any problems.

I use this every year, and always get it from Best Buy. Always has good tips and provides accurate information to ensure I don't miss anything.

No issue using. Get only one state. You can fill multiple federal returns for free but for the state you need to pay.

The HP Envy pc has performed well. The larger screen is a plus. Duran Brown in customer service was exceptionally helpful.
