Not as good as last year

This year I had some issues. i.e. after they accepted my cc $$ for the state return and I "received my receipt" the software wouldn't let me file because I didn't issue my payment. After playing with it for an hour or so, call TT. The TT tech I spoke to showed the cc payment received and agreed there was an issue. The tech (Angelo) was able to correct the issue within a few Mins. Then sent the return to Fed and State. It was sent back (from the IRS) due to errors (my input, typo). I correct what was detected and resent. The same thing happened again (another typo). I corrected again. Finally after the 3rd. send/file my return, the IRS & State accepted my returns. Shame on me for 2 typos, but I thought TT was made to locate any errors before sending to the IRS? Seems like they were relying on the IRS's database to check for mistakes.
