The fact that it doesn’t run on windows 7 should be in LARGE print. Opened the package and tried to install it and it would not work. Since the package was opened, Best Buy would not take it back.

could not load disc. Called best Buy and they sent another and again could not load disc. Called and Geek Squad and Joe Mikkelson came out to house and CPU is working properly but both disc must be bad. He did A turbo tax load online and he did a great job and got it loaded.

Its a good program to complete taxes, but dont like the fact that they charge extra when filing refund online.

Turbo Tax has been around long enough that they should be able to figure out how to streamline their service.

I like using Turbo Tax but haven’t used it yet because of snow and my mail was delayed.

I have used Turbotax for over 10 years. This year my e-file tax return was rejected by the IRS. Turbotax claimed that there were too many pages. I was forced to file a paper return that has delayed my refund to 6+ months.

I had to return because I could not use on my mac, it requires a current version of software and didnt want to upgrade just yet so bought h&r block instead. I do like Turbo tax better than h&r block after having used it this year only.

Cost too much; price could be a little lower, but that’s up to Intuit.

Used Turbotax for years but may check out a different product next year

Was easy to navigate and use until the end when it told me I had to update version and I had already submitted my credit card payment, then I updated and lost 25 dollars because I had to resubmit my return, that part really sucked!

Tax cut has better explanations and imports just as well

Needed Turbotax for my tax filing so I bought it early

I was sent a duplicate order. The original order took two weeks which is not was originally given as a delivery date. Over two hours spent on multiple chats. Next time, I will order with another provider like AMAZON. I hope I do get sent the prepaid mailer since I was asked to drive over 20 miles each way to return the item A very miserable and frustrating experience with BEST Buy on line ordering.

With 2021 Intuit no longer permits children to download and use their parents' software. Unlike in prior years if you install using the CD, Intuit does not register your purchase in your account so you, and your children, cannot download it at all. Also, this year's software is even more glitchy than prior years...just one example; on review/checking-for-errors TurboTax identifies "missed fields" in forms that are not pertinent or needed and requires that you enter values...it's both confusing and a waste of time.

very upset , it would not let us E-FILE! WE PAID ALOT FOR THIS AND HAD TO MAIL IT! NEVER WILL BUY IT AGAIN!

I’ve used turbo tax for the last 10 years and this year’s software is beyond disappointing. It takes over 30 minutes to enter one w-2. Been on the phone and the internet multiple times with customer service and they are no help. TurboTax for 2021 is garbage do not buy! If I could give less stars I would.

Interesting tax year, I have used turbotax for 9 years. The 2021 Delux version was plagued with problems. Both state and federal tax reports were REJECTED!! The first time I ever had a problem. It was a HUDGE problem. I had to re-submit by mail. This was totally a program problem. I am not sure if I will ever use them again. Expensive problem.

Turbo tax used for my son’s taxes. Worked perfect. Plus free filing.
