You MUST create an account with Intuit to download

The entire reason I purchased the downloadable software instead of using the online version is specifically so that I did not have to create an account. I did not see this explained anywhere prior to purchasing. Best buy refused to refund my purchase despite contacting them immediately after purchasing so I just threw away $60. While this is not entirely Best Buy's fault, they should make it more clear in the description on their website. I would also appreciate a refund as I will not be using this software. Since I could not get a refund, I created an intuit account for the purpose of downloading this to try it out. Right off the bat, it said something to th effect of "We notice your spouse had a break in health coverage during the year," but I could not find an option to correct this, even when I went back to the beginning. So, not only will I not be using it due to the account issue (which I have now deleted with Intuit), the software is not useful either.

No dvd now
