Mac version didn’t work

Never again with Turbo Tax

In the past, I have had to pay 2 times in State Penalties due to unclear/missing instructions. When filing for 2022, I got an error that the account has been stolen. After spending off and on for 7+ hours with no without TT tech support, including pix of drivers license, TT could not identify me! I tried to return to Best Buy; but BB would not provide Refund. Had H&R Block do my taxes.

Turbo Tax Issues

This year, with the changes, it was difficult to follow along and much more expensive than other tax programs. Will not use next year.
