    Very clear and easy to understand I did feel a little misguided with the state part. I live in Virginia- and i had to pay an addtl 25 to file my state. I thought that was included when i bought it.

    I’ve used Turbo Tax since the mid 90’s. Very informative and organized. Never had an audit or issues. Received Federal E file 5-7 working days. Highly recommend!

    Disappointed with this year’s customer service. I called in 3-4 times and was only able to talk with one person I was able to understand. I like the program and have used it for 20+ years, but customer service was very challenging this year.

    Free file was supposed to be included for both state and federal. Not true. Spent more time outside the disk download looking up answers than were provided by TurboTax. Good thing i filed an extension or would have totally missed a couple of deductions TurboTax missed and would have paid hundreds more in taxes. Probably won’t use again. So disappointed.
