The purchase and download went great. Would purchase again.

Helpful, the option to search used to be a little more streamlined. The timer to complete the forms was quite off. I had an older OS so was not actually able to use this version and had to purchase a different one.

Download went without any issues. Program works great

I have used TurboTax every year for 30 some years and still do.

We had used this product successfully for the past 10 years. We bought it expecting the same successful outcome. But it had changed so much this year, that no matter how many tried, it would not work for us. WE contacted a Intuit Turbotax Support Technician. He worked with us on this particular product, but he could not get it to work for us like it had in previous years. So we ended up purchasing a different product and it worked.

Product is fine, but don't buy from Best Buy! I paid 79.99 for this, and the same product is available for $44.99 on Amazon. I tried to get a price match, but Best Buy does not price match digital products, for whatever reason.

I am totally 100% dissatisfied with this purchase. It does not work on my computer and Best Buy will not refund my money. If my dispute is not settled I will never purchase anything again from Best Buy.

I have used TurboTax with great results for many years. This is NOT the case this year. Nothing but issues. Five plus hours on line for software issues because they want the CUSTOMER to stay on the phone while they ultimately discover they have a software problem. The last time they actually expected the CUSTOMER to fix their issue. This is my last year to use TurboTax. They are not the class act they used to be to say the least.

Could not enter the code after doing my taxes on line. Had to repurchase Turbo tax on line and get my money back from Best Buy. Manager spoke with Turbo Tax rep over the phone at the store. Manager was nice enough to give me a refund. Should never have pre-purchased as I have done in the past.

I've always used TurboTax with a CD disc, but TurboTax is only sold as a digital download. I had major problems with Best Buy sending my an email link . It took over 3 hours with multiple calls for someone to figure out how to remedy this problem. Also TurboTax won't allow me to print my copies but E-file worked fine.

Have not been able to open turbo tax since downloaded.

I have used Turbo Tax each year for the past 15+ years with good results. I was unable to get this year's download to work properly, was unable to submit my return, and was totally dissatisfied with this year's product performance.

Difficult to move around. Would not get the download version again!

You spend extra to get the deluxe with the State and then you have to pay more to e file did not sit well with me
