Always provides effective and efficient tax info and preparation. Not as good as previous yrs with help question responses. AI needs more 'teaching'.

Very friendly usable...I have used it for the last 3 years...comfortable with the layout ...somewhat annoyed at the ads when logging in....once asking is enough

Great product.been using it for years. Very easy to use and very professional. Guided through everything and professional advice available if needed. Filing also a breeze with both mailing and e-filing services.

As usual, TurboTax is great, helping me to complete the family's taxes. I'm able to find answers to all of my questions, as well as file both state & Federal tax returns.

I purchased the deluxe version because I thought it was good enough for personal tax file, but it was not, I was required to upgrade with extra money because of some of items require that (?), then I also had to pay extra $25 for efile the state copy at the end. Overall, I paid extra about $60 in order to complete the efile return.

Used for years. Works for me. Quick and easy. I avoided doing taxes for weeks. Yet it turned out to be easy.

Easy to download, user friendly, reasonable pricing. Will be using it for next year.

Looking forward to using the Shokz to free me up from in ear and over the ear headphones. Great sound for the size and enjoy the featherlight weight and no cord to tangle my movement.

Turbo tax is an excellent product I use it every year

Turbo tax worked good for federal and tax returns but is significantly lacking for city municipalities that require city returns in addition to the federal and state.

Turbotax is always great for getting the job done and the download was easy.

Have used TurboTax for many years. Really prefer a CD over download but it does work ok once finally installed. Nicest part, as usual, is the extraction of information from previous year.

Turbo tax hss made some changes that I really didn’t like. Overall it makes doing your own taxes much easier.
