Disk did not load up correctly also all the forms I needed for filing my taxes were not on the digital disk that I PAID FOR . Had to contact, INTUIT TO GET THE MISSING TAX FORMS I NEEDED. This Deluxe version should have had the forms I needed .

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. However there appears to be a glitch in the software when editing an income item. The software indicates that it found some additional deductions but doesn't show the user what they were.

I have not started this but will do so shortly. Time is blessed not rushed.

I have been using turbo tax for over 20 years. This is the first time it was ever buggy.

Do not like it trying to ask me to spend more money

Turbo Tax purchase. Have tried several times to downloaad and constantly get a windows 11 error message of a previous version being loaded, and told to uninstall via control panel. The control panel doesn't have Turbo Tax in the apps, so there is nothing to uninstall! Tried to cancel the order and couldn't find anywhere that I could nor even get a message that says I can't, or even a suggestion on how to make the Turbo Tax download work

TurboTax works great. I could not get Best Buy to send the download link to my email. It took three calls to customer support and having to change to a different email to find get the download link. When I asked them to just cancel my order and send me a refund. They said they could not do that. I will never buy software from them again.

Programs worked but they double charged me for the purchase…no answer to my complaint or refund.

It took overnight to download and then didn't work. I tried to inquire as to why without response. I bought another product and did my taxes w no problem. I have no idea why it was such a bad experience.

I Will not ever. Use window 11. I use window 10 & i ordered tax software for window 10 & i was down loaded window 11. So i will not e er nuy yhis crapy sofeware ever again from this lieing company ever.
