    You can't go wrong with TurboTax. TurboTax made a big change on their software only now requiring you to enter the license key in order to use the product. Oh well. But still a good product.

    Bught the Deluxe version because has some specific needs for tuition tax stuff. So this helped greatly, was happy with how it processed my return.

    My only issue is after you purchase this you still need to pay more to file, i.e. state fess etc. The program itself is great and walks you through step by step.

    I have use their products for many years like almost 20. This is the first time it had issues with the import process of prior years return. I had to call customer service. There was a long wait and the system offered to call me back in about 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that they did. The rep was helpful and patient. We worked together through the issue and got me on my way
