Used Turbo Tax for many years. As long as you’re organized the program steps you right through the process. Make sure you pick the correct version for your needs. If not, you will have the opportunity to upgrade while you are working through filing.

I have been using Turbo Tax software for over ten years. It is easy to use and reasonably priced. I tried another tax software one year and found it complcated and difficult for me to use. Turbo Tax has kept up with the changes in tax law for Federal & States. For year in the 1980s and 1990s I did my own taxes, but the law changes made it so difficult that I gave up on that. Turbo Tax sloved my problem.

Once you start using turbotax, it's so simple to continue using it year after year because all your info is prefilled. I'm happy with how it works. You can play with the numbers and see it instantly update your return. minus one star because it doesn't work well with the touchscreen.

I purchased this for a trip to New Zealand. The only problem with this is that the converter is very heavy and sometimes it would not couple very tightly to the socket adapter for NZ. I would have to put something under it to proper it up so that it would make a tight connection.

The program guides you step by step to enter all the info, the gui is easy to navigate and has frequent updates. Also if you made a mistake it takes you to easy steps how ro amend a filed return. I highly recommended.

Have used for 6 years. Good program and ease with entry and helpful information. Not sure I will purchase next year, because you have to pay for state filing. There are other tax programs that you can file $0 federal and $0 state. Your program seem to get more expensive each year. As a senior citizen it a little pricey. I may have to start using the AARP programs. Purchasing your program cost me over $100. Would have given it a 5 but the cost is to much.

Ive used turbo tax for years. This years was as usual, very easy to use. And worked great. I sent in my taxs online. And got my refund within a week. I was surprised. Great product.

I have been using TurboTax from the mid 1990's. it gets better every year and I love the import feature form the previous tax year. having the side by side tax year comparisons help ensure you don't miss something. I think it took me about an hour to complete our taxes this year and as being a married homeowner with college load interest to deduct that is doing good. using TurboTax to do the State tax at the same time meant I was done with the State portion in less than 5 minutes. I like using the software on my home laptop so I keep all my data saved on a removable thumb drive, year over year.

TurboTax is a long-time player in the tax software market. I needed to get our taxes done, and bought this downloadable version and installed it with no difficulty. And it worked - I did my taxes with little difficulty. But when I loaded a prior year's return, I noticed TT advised me of a problem - it had failed to give me a credit in my previous year's return. I had to file an amended return to start the process to regain some $400 in overpayment. Alas.

TurboTax was very easy to use for completing my father's 2019 federal and state income taxes. There were many complaints on Amazon about having problems getting the digital download to work. The reviews at Best Buy were all positive for the digital download. So I choose Best Buy. I had no problems and got my download within the hour. I recommend Best Buy.

If you don’t have complicated investments and taxes to fill. This is a solid product for you. Has enough Q&A and 1 free State is a great add.

I've used Turbotax online for a few years and the format in the desktop version is similar with a slight Windows XP feel. Filed my taxes successfully with it so overall good buy! Unfortunate that tax filing products are so expensive in general but what can you do?

Works as needed, makes doing taxes a little easier but it still doing your taxes. Have bought turbo tax for the past 8 years or so and will buy again. I like that best buy offers discounts or gift cards on this software sometimes which is nice.
