Terrible item to purchase!

I spent many hours trying to download the tax software and was never successful. I finally gave up, and purchased the tax software from COSTCO and it worked wonderfully. A waste of time trying to get it downloaded and updated onto my computer over the internet!! Will never do it again. dennis gilroy

TurboTax JUNK- Don't waste your time!

Their fear of people stealing their software had made them add tons of unnecessary checks and balances to make sure you purchased it. I have used TurboTax for 10+ years but NOT anymore! Stay away and let them choke on the money they charge for this junk. ByeBye

Wasted money

Had bought this to get the additional state taxes. Total waste of money and forget the customer support. Have used turbo tax for years, but this was the last time. I lost $100.

Great but...

The only problem is that when i bought this package i thought i would be able to file both my federal and state taxes online for the one price. Truth is you have to pay an additional $20 to efile your state return.

That was not made clear before purchasing. Now I had to give them personal information just to download something I purchased.
