Tax Time..again.

For the price it should give more help with understanding different issues. I've used it for at least 6 or more years. I'm used to the format, and I guess that's why I keep going back to it. Pretty much gets the job done.

I've used turbo tax for years and thought it was a win win until I realized that the download version I purchased it not compatible to the online version I've used for years...ugh

Good for simple tax returns

You need to be patient and careful when use it for the first time because the interface could be confusing and you can make mistakes. It would be easier when you use it for the following year because it can refer to your previous tax returns.

Determined that competitor's software did not apply proper deduction that were in the current tax reform act. So Turbo Tax correctly calculated deductions which result in an additional refund of almost $500.

Other then that turbo tax is a good tax software.

Delivered what I needed, but with some klunkiness

I contacted the help center and the only response was to uninstall the application. I figured out a workaround myself.

So much easier than having to race around last minute to pick up the software. It was simple use and was delivered via email. I will use this option every year!
