program was easy to walk through and e-filed the federal for free. down side is that they want an addition $20 to e-file your state. store did not have the federal only version so had to pay extra to get the deluxe which was not an extra value to me.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years with good success. Even easier if you have used it previously as it will pull info from previous year

use this software every year, although with the new higher standard deduction may have to do on my own and save $50..................nah.

less refund than 2 years ago. i have been using this software for more than 15 years but in the past 2 years the refunds have been insignificant. I don't know if I'll use it next year, I may go to see an accountant to do my 2020 tax return.

I’ve been getting Turbo Tax to do my taxes for the last 5 years. It’s easy to use & I highly recommend if you want to do your own taxes.

Great product and gets it done. Especially value added Compared to the online version if you need to do more than one fed+state tax return. The added cost for the state efile at $19 seems excessive given that you can print and mail it for under $5.

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 yrs now. Very easy to use! Get the most deductions every year. You won’t be sorry with this product .

It is very easy to use and get's my taxes done. Only thing that I wish is for State Tax e-fling to be free like the Federal.

Makes doing taxes easier. I am not an accountant but turbo tax allows me to do my own taxes . Best buy employees are nice and helpful.
