I have used turbotax for many years. It is very easy to follow the directions and the e-delivery was fast and accurate.

This is the easiest tax software I ever used. It also transfers your info from last years return to simplify the process

I have been doing my own taxes with Turbotax for at least 10 years and it has always delivered. I bought the 2019 version early so I could see where my finances stood before year end. Worked like a charm and made me feel secure knowing where I stand going into 2020. My only future concern is that the software warned me the I would need to upgrade my Operating System for next year which I can not do without getting a new computer, so next year (2020) may be a different story.

I hope to purchase the same item next year. Item was excellent. Saved a lot of money by preparing my income tax myself.

A great program for a necessary ill. This years interaction was bit unnerving. Issue with saving/transmitting which was overcome with persistence. Would not recommend (this years) for the faint of heart. Overall a nice product.
