Turbo Tax doesn’t always cover all situations

Would like to see where the amounts are being placed on the return before you finish your review of each category.

I was able to complete my return quickly. I always feel like I am paying more to get my return than I should. I do like the opportunity to purchase Audit Protection. Peace of mind.

Could not use it and not allowed to return product

It is about the service and policies of Best Buy I learned a valuable lesson why I will not use Best Buy in the future and will advocate for other retailers in the future. Very unhelpful. My work provides me exceptional opportunity to meet with and influence some of your major utilizers. I feel it necessary to share my experience with them as it comes up. I will seek another source for this and other products going forward.
