Good product with limitations

Although you pay extra for state returns, the upgrade only affords you the opportunity to complete and personally send a downloaded version of your state return (for an additional $24.99). I picked this version because their online software is constantly trying to get you to spend more money, but the cd follows with the same prompts, trying to get you to spend more for support, etc. Very annoying!
