Ehh taxes

Seemed to be working at the start but now Im not sure. I sat it on my computer desk as soon as I got home. Maybe I got a lazy one? It just KEPT SITTING there.. Didnt do much of anything. I tried talking to it. Showing it a few tax documents but still nothing. I think I heard it giggle at me when I asked it how long it was going to take it to get started...
