It does not compute simplified method well, nor does it properly define CT hazardous duty pensions, 1099r. CT distribution number is incorrect in box 7, known issue, and Turbo tax not giving legit option explaining there is no penalty re: that typed of 1099r. Part of the problem is how the State of CT reports these types of retirements, where this program cannot define that (not having the form required to further explain distribution numbers in box 7). If CT corrected box 7 with a # 2, or if Turbo tax knew of this problem giving an option to legally explain this issue, this would be usable. At this time (again) cannot use this one in CT. Wasted money on program not user friendly due to the way CT does it’s 1099r’s for those type of pensions. Likely good for very simple, less complexed returns or in states where box 7 is properly defined.

TurboTax is a great method of doing your taxes. I have been using it for years now and it checks last years return for all info including carry over amounts in deductions.

Since we had to do curbside service it was a little different but the service was excellent. The employees were very courteous and made sure we were well taken care of.

I do my own taxes I’ve an account degree I always get the software free but for some strange reason I didn’t this year so I had to purchase it. The price was right

Doing taxes is never a pleasant task but being able to order the software and having it shipped to the house at least eliminates the stress of having to go to the store!

Bought my Turbo like I have done every year for the last several years, only to find that my Apple Mac needed OS X 10.13 and mine is an OS 10.12.6..... I could not even access my previous year files! No where on the box does it say anything about making sure your computer is operating at a higher system. I was very disappointed! So as I tried to update my Mac, it says No updates are available. I needed up taking my computer in to Geek Squad where I spend $200 to have my computer cleared of “viruses” that I was told Mac Computers don’t get because they have their own “anti virus protection” and also had a Webroot installed as well as my Turbo Tax! What was suppose to take 3 hours took 3 days. Taxes are done and all I can say is make sure your computer is updated and read your tax questions very carefully.....

Bit late to review, with this being tax day, but I've been using it for 23 years to file mine and my family's federal and state taxes. Had a glitch this year where it would let me print state taxes for filing, but had a programming loop that wouldn't let me e-file those same taxes.

I recommend this product I was paying a lot money for some one do my taxes know I doing it by my self for my daughter and some body also with just a little money

We have used TurboTax for years and it's always been our best choice. Tried a different option once because the price was less, but would not do that again.

It was "okay". When I got to the state tax submission I ended up having to print it and mail it in. The screen(s) would not show the entire content, so I could select "continue". I tried several times; over 2 hours, very frustrating! Even tried online help-nothing!!

Each year the process is getting more complicated. The questions are harder to understand. Wish there was more and clearer examples as to what is required.

It works however it can be fustrating at times. I went back to try and print the prior years taxes and found it too difficult after a half a hour. Their support is slow at times as well. I have researched online reviews of competitors and found the others have issues as well.

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. This is still the best tax product on the market. In a way, Intuit gets you hooked on this product year after year before it keeps tracks of data that gets carried over to the next year such as capital gains and losses...

Am I getting all of my deductions, not sure? Am I saving a few bucks, Yes!!! Please note that you have to pay about $30 for state eFile.

Been using turbo tax for years, always works flawlessly. Had a small glitch with the last upgrade, but tried it again later and upgraded just fine.

I do my own taxes every year. This was on sale at BEst Buy and I had to get it. Software worked great with no problems.

We're very happy with the HP Envy. It's fast, it's very quiet and the display is beautiful. The Best Buy price was better than the HP store price.

Used this product for many years and am happy other than the $20 fee to Efile each state return. (I do 5 returns for the same state). Oddly, used their free online product for grandson's return, and there was NO fee to file his state return!

I've been using TurboTax to prepare personal taxes for at least 8 years now. If you don't have complicated matters, then this is the way to go!

Turbo Tax is the greatest money saver ever! Best Buy has the greatest staff, many locations & competing prices for everything.
