I end up getting the disc due to having issues with the downloaded version one. Over the years the disc version has never gave me any issues.

This has been my favorite "Go-To tax software" for years and has only gotten better. I have tried others but always come back to the best.

Found the process to prepare and file my 2019 taxes relatively painless except for having to pay extra to transmit my state filing. A bit deceptive the way they worded and explained the fees on the box.

Have used turbotax for many years. It's easy to use and import data from the previous year so you don't need to reenter everything.

It does most things well. It seams that you can't import as much information as you could last year such as financial tax info. Also, I think the product is over priced so they should include electronic filing for the state free or something else.

I'm a long time Turbo Tax user. Overall, I'm happy with it, but this year some of the updates seemed to happen slowly. I'll but it again next year, since there were extenuating circumstances this year.

solid product but too many ads considering i paid for it, it isn't like this is a free web product where i expect some degree of advertising. secondly, extremely unhappy that even though you get the state return, efiling for state is an extra charge. part of my reason for getting it was to do fed and state efile, not get dinged with a separate charge. come on intuit...the nickel and diming and somewhat misleading presumption you get state is inaccurate. finally the questionnaire doesn't probe deep enough. fortunately i knew enough about taxes that if you don't force it to go a certain way, the system skimps through areas and you actually get way less refund

I purchase Turbo Tax every year. I’ve tried other competitors and Turbo Tax is by far the best. I will purchase again next year.

Been using this product for years and it picks up a lot of data from your previous year filing so not as much data entry needed.

For TurboTax 2019 on sale at Best Buy. TurboTax is a great product that is easy to use. Got my taxes done in less than one day.

Product is the gold standard for preparing taxes. Integration with previous year's taxes makes it simple to use.

I have used Turbotax for the last 10 years and I find the donation valuation section very useful. I don't use the state tax preparation as it calculate a much different number compared doing the state taxes on the states own website.

helped me find the right program with state function used to purchase from Costco but used my credits to buy from best buys

This software was very helpful for my 2019 taxes. The charity donation calculator was excellent for clothing donations.
