Too much info

There is way too much info for an average person. I also received another $6 from the federal tax return which means my taces were wrong. Luckily on the positive side. I will be looking for a refund.

The help screen isnt as helpful with the explanations. Not as cut and dry as I would have liked. The help screen takes you to a community forum where other opinions / explanations are stated. I would prefer access to a live person.

My MAC gave me a warning signal that said "You can use this software this year, but next year you will need to upgrade your computer or your operating system in order to use this software." Since the carryover of data is a main selling point and my computer is not able to accommodate the next generation of operating system I choose to dump TURBOTAX and keep the computer. Is the online version different???

Lets u prep return but pay to file online. Kinda deceptive.

Disappointed this year

This time I had problems using free state tax so had to go different way. I do recommend this product and will get again for my 2020 taxes.

What Happened?

This is definitely a drawback for those who buy the product each year.
