It's OK

Stupid thing IMPORTED the W2 from ADP and couldn't submit the return with a Canadian address.

Taxing

Not a real fan but cheaper than an accountant. I skip the "walk me through everything" mode but the program still asks many unnecessary questions.

Damaged disc case

Terrible Product

They wouldn't even acknowledge the KY issue and took a while to fix it. It also won't e-file correctly. Very hard to use, I will be going back to TaxAct this is a waste of money and time.

Turbo Tax Delux 2021 is a joke!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.STOP, don't buy Turbotax for 2021 tax season, it's a train wreck. Right now, after 1 1/2 hours talking to "tech support" I am unable to file my taxes. The program freezes when I try to use my credit card to pay for filing State taxes. Tech support couldn't help, also froze on installation, took 3 hours of retrying and tech support to fix this issue. "Search" field also freezes. I am a retired tech teacher and this software has tons of bugs. Do not waste your money on it!! No exaggeration!!
