I have used TurboTax for 25 years. That says a lot about how much I value this product. The program is constantly updated. I have the option to let the program walk me through every step of the process, or I can go directly to specific steps and address the topic. I decided to work for one of the tax services one year to get experience in face to face sales and services. I did my taxes using the company’s program because it was free to me. Then I did the same return on TurboTax and got a much better refund.

This is a great product, because not only does it let you do all types of taxes you can do simple to the hardest. It’s great. You just answer all the questions and it does all the work for you.

Been TurboTax user for years, the program gets better and easier to use, but also more expensive and is now web-based, which always gives me pause for the safety of peoples personal information but still recommended

In my book, I've been using this CD download tax program almost 14 years. It is easy to use and very thorough. I love it. I stand by it. You can bank on it to be accurate as long as you correctly answer all questions prompted.

Easiest tax program to use, i have used it for years.

Turbotax is a good tax software, you can get a lot of information out of it, it's free to send in Federal tax but you have to pay to send in state tax, I am sure if you want professional help also, you will probably have to pay for that as well, I have not used that feature but may have to for this year
