Terrible Product

This was difficult to use when is just asked questions. So, I went to the forms choice, thinking I could fill in the forms from the taxes I already completed. The box would turn blue, I could not enter one figure into it. Since it was beyond the small 2 week window Best Buy offers for returns, and I had opened it, I returned it to Intuit. I removed the program from my computer and would never buy another product like this.

Not as advertised

I had to search high and low for someone to eventually through a technical manipulation of your software finally get my taxes submitted. Obviously you put something out there in the public domain that wasn't ready to be there, atleast for me. alot of anguish experienced as a result. you asked for it and I am giving it to you Ron Bentley

TurboTax 2019 Not User Friendly

Definitely not worth the $90 I spent.
