Excellent product; I've used it for over 20 years.

Turbo tax is a good product. Have used it for years.

It's handy to have both disk and digital download. I also like having the previous year's information to autofill for this year's taxes. Software good to walk through deductions and credits.

I prefer the standard TurboTax, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. The cost of this software is too expensive. I would recommend it for a last resort if you can’t find the standard.

My one complaint is that they wanted me to upgrade for my 1099 income. I already bought Premier, what was there to upgrade to? I managed to finish my taxes without the upgrade. Still a better program than the alternatives.

I've been using Turbo Tax for year and I've notice it forgetting about customer ease for its ease in programing. If I get a tax form and I try and enter it some times Turbo Tax won't let me. It wants me to go to some worksheet with information I either don't have or don't know.

I am very glad that I got the TurboTax from Bust Buy. I Bust Buy employee quickly took me to where TurboTax was located. I did have good talks with the Bust Buy employee.

I generally like turbo tax. However, this year some complications resulted in my filing my state taxes in November. Unfortunately when I tried to file my state taxes electronically, Turbo tax informed me that it disables electronic filing at the end of October so that it can prepare for the next tax year. I reached out to their customer support but they couldn’t help me. I was very disappointed in this antiquated process, and embarrassed when I had to file by paper and snail mail. Again, I usually have had good experiences with this product. The filing issue knocked it down a peg for me.

I have been using the Turbo Tax product for a number of years. In general, the instructions are clear and easy to follow although there are a few areas that could be more straightforward.

Good price ( on sale when I bought software) , has gone up significantly ver the years but Best Buy helped with the sale price.

As with each year, I use Turbotax, and found it at Best Buy early in the year. My taxes were done so fast, and I have a business.

Best way to do your taxes year after year. Be sure to use this version if you have used or shifted any of your retirement funds.

the TV has a great picture and really go sound. We have removed the sound bar we had on the previous TV.
