turbotax load problem on iMac

Not Ready For Tax Season

Attempting to do my taxes, I fell into an endless loop as the software was stuck asking the same number of questions and failing to move on.

Terrible bug makes this completely useless

When you register the software a dialog box opens for you to fill out some basic information. That dialog comes up BLANK. Then TT support tells you to change your resolution, and the screen (sort of) appears. But you aren’t allowed to even fill out the fields. In reality you can, but you can’t see what you are typing. It took me 45 minutes to get registered. If we can’t trust these people to fix something as ridiculous as this, how can we trust them with our taxes?

Kinda trash but you can do crypto taxes

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They don’t mention that you can do your crypto taxes on this software but if you’ve ever filled out a schedule D form or 8949 forms you’ll be able to do your crypto sales without having to pay for the more expensive crypto version(s) I’m giving one star because I wasn’t able to submit my income taxes no matter what I tried from the lists of suggestions I found online so I had to return it.

Fed up with Turbo tax!

She was great to work with and reasonable on her fees. She retired so I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe 2019 and 2020 and now Premier (for 2021 taxes). I'm fed up again and going to an accountant!

The product was released before all bugs were patched. Still waiting for a patch that will correct the area that I need to use.
