same tax software i've used for 30 years...........

After clicking the email link, I was never prompted to enter the product code to download the software. TurboTax took me right into the app and had me start my taxes. Unknowingly I spent 3 hours completing my taxes and TurboTax required me to pay for the product again rather than prompting me for my product code from Best Buy. Neither company will refund my purchase, so I paid twice.

Even after purchasing Premium, you have to pay for bunch of other things.

I have always done my own taxes. this year I needed extra help. I had some tax losses and social security taxes. did a bit of research and thought turbotax would help. I even called the library. No help. I put in my email and my phone number. I couldn't contact turbotax cause they would not accept my ooma. For me turbotax was a waste. A total waste. $105 down the drain. I am not saying that I think turbotax is not a good product. It just did not work for me. I ended up finding the information I needed on youtube.

Bought at best buy then licensing code on receipt didn’t work. Intuit wouldn’t help cuz bought through best buy and Best Buy wouldn’t help cuz it’s Intuit

This is a scam! It does not download properly. it takes 2 hours to download and does it in two parts. Then the download cannot be opened. A disc version must be provided instead of this stupid download which never works properly

I bought the software and it’s full of bugs. I received such incorrect numbers that I spent 3 weeks untangling the mess. I was kicked back and forth between Best Buy and TurboTax teams. They could not solve the problem and worst part is Best Buy didn’t provide refund too.. This whole experience was a DISASTER!!!

License code is only on the receipt. Nowhere on the box does it say you need to retain the receipt for the license code. Only written on the inner packaging which is sealed inside the outer pack. License code was always in the sealed inner package before this year. Now I have a program I paid for that I can't use.

Turbo tax added new changes that are terrible. Sorry to see this

Accidentally bought 2 copies, I know my fault, but as soon as I figured it out tried to cancel order and there was no way to do it. Even before the order was acknowledged or processed. I know I shouldn't have made the mistakes, but there was no way to cancel it. Of course, customer sevice wasn't helpful at all.

Cannot use this purchase as Turbo tax does not allow more then one item on a windows tablet and I bought 2. Must use a Mac and I don’t have one so It’s useless. Best Buy says cannot help me over the 15 day period. Very disappointed in Best Buy especially because I just purchased a smart TV around the same time from them.

over-priced by Intuit; Intuit REQUIRES a Turbo Tax account, a fact you should disclose before purchasing, and I would have purchased elsewhere; recalling my Intuit password and user name from Intuit was a multi-hour hassle and headache!

Because I had been a customer several years ago, I could not just sign in. Even the help people had trouble helping me. They never did resolve the problem so I am out about 70 dollars.

you have to pay an extra $15 to e-file state, which makes the whole +state included false

Purchased turbotax premier (download) for $105. Then i had to pay $60 to efile federal and $25 to efile state. When i have purchased a disc in the past, i never had to pay to efile. It was included. Unhappy customer!

Mistakenly ordered digital when i wanted the disc. Even though I didn't use it they would not let me exchange the item for the correct one for me.
