Never able to downoad.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not download from Best Buy's site; a pop-up kept asking me to update my browser, which was the latest revision. I had to buy software, again, directly from Intuit (no downloading issues directly from Intuit). Never used the Best Buy purchase. Figuring out return is not simple and easy on Best Buy's website, so I did not bother to ask for a refund.
