Fair TurboTax

I bought and then tried to use the key code for online payment but the key code did not work. I had to call the TurboTax customer service to give me credit for this purchase and I got it.

It has glitches

This is the first time I had these issues. It would not let me e-file. I worked for a CPA for many years so I knew how to print it out and send it via USPS. Not happy about having to do that. Have to wait so much longer for my refund this way
