Simply difficult and not easy to use ...

I would not purchase again ... I will say my taxes are more difficult than yours probably as I have 2 States, stocks, etc ... It did complete the tax forms properly ... It costs extra to send electronically to each state, think it was $25 per state ... Additionally, this was the most expensive tax software that I found as well but wanted the best ... I had to ask for help/assistance twice and can say they were fairly easy to get help from and could rate the help at 5 stars ... Hope this helps. ..

all around great tax preparer

It happen again the year with trying to down load free state tax form.

Difficult to Download State

Wrong. I could not download state tax, and was told that it is a common problem this year. After trying various help "tutorials" for an hour without success, I finally got a phone number and reached a live person after waiting 45 minutes (they don't make it easy to reach a live person). After hearing instructions, I got it to work. This is not acceptable. I will look for another tax software next year.
