We’re sorry to hear about this inconvenience. While Best Buy’s own return period may have ended, our headsets are each sold with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. We have a dedicated Support Team available to provide assistance as needed under that warranty and they can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website.
