No questions or haggling just told BB clerk that battery was not charging. SO I upgraded to this sweet headset.

I decided to keep with them to see if they needed to be broken into, but after the second day it was giving me massive headaches, and the ear pieces were WAY too tight on my head and they weighed down too much and hurt the top of my head. I might just have too small of a head but they need to accommodate to the females a little more.
