I could hear the chat properly but good luck hearing the sound effects from your shots or any noises. Its all muffled. If youre using it to play any game thats requires no multiplayer chat then its perfect but if you're playing COD, you will have a hard time hearing anything other than your friend burping in the background.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am on PS4 gaming daily max hours, Never really care for those over the head ear pieces ( I don't even where hats) I wanted something to attach to my controller with a volume control, mute option, flex boom mic and not having it wrapped over my head giving me the option to just use the left side earpiece with mic and having the other one just rest on my shoulder or collar. I have to be able to hear what is going on around me while I'm playing. No more missed calls, door bells, friends or relatives talking to me while playing and not knowing what they said.
