DO NOT BUY!! BROKE IN 2 WEEKS!!! CHEAP

i bought these as entry level headphones i dont do hardcore gaming but when i play at night my wife doesn't want to hear any noise, so i use them just to have sound. i don't have them loud at all. after about 1 week the left headphone speaker would cut off, then it started working after a couple mins, so i dismissed it as a fluke. the very next week they completely cutoff and i can't hear anything out of the left cup, only the right. i mean $60.00 for headphones is alot just for head phones, and they are cheaply made. you can buy great headphones for your ipod for $30.00. so why are they so expensive for gaming? they are trying make you feel like you have to buy the really expensive ones to get a decent head phone and that is bull****. i was gonna get the next step up, the px21 but i read equally bad reviews on them!!! what the heck is going on! i hate turtle beach! you lost a customer!!!

They worked very well, just didn't like how they hooked up to the system and felt they took away from the quality of the sound. Returned them for the digital DTS version, cost a little more but worth it.

I should have paid more money for the ones that were suggested to me. I thought that these seemed like good product for money.

    Good while they worked

Very good sound clarity in both the headphones and through the mic. The downfall is the stress relief for the cable going into the headset is not adequate and it broke within 3 months. Attempting to RMA, but there is still the cost of shipping the headphones back.

    Cheap Headset

I bought these for simple gaming. I never really hardcore game, the cords started to tear at the bass of the headphones and at the control panel. They eventually got to the point that I couldn't even use them. They are absolutely horrible. The sound was even a disgrace.

    It's a great headset but....

I bought this on Black Friday for $35. A great deal. and i would've given it 5 stars cause i was completely satisfied by it, but the right side stopped working ONE DAY after purchase. Luckily I kept the receipt and i was able to get a replacement. But I still feel like the replacement I got would break soon. Maybe I was unlucky enough to get a defective one, but this being the first Turtle Beach headset I buy, made me feel like their products are not reliable enough.

    Horrible

First off let me state that I don't normally write reviews but this item made me angry. Easy to set up but when it comes to using the product it didn't work. It literally lasted less than 10 minutes for me until it completely broke. I would call and ask for another but honestly I don't want one. I would not get this. Just stick with a bluetooth ear piece. It could have only been my model but why would you risk it. And it's not my first time that a turtle beach headset did this. I've had 3 so far and to be honest I don't think I will ever get another one. Please learn from my mistakes!

This thing is a p0s. It may sound good and it may be easy to use, but it will break on you...believe me. The right speaker went out after about 3 months of use.

    Extremely Short Cable

I am taking this headset back tomorrow. You would have to have the perfect set up to comfortably use a headset with a 12 ft cord. Big disservice to the customer for Turtle Beach not to put the cable length on the package and Best Buy not to mention it on the product page. I am hesitant to even buy the PX21 because even a 16 ft cord doesn't allow for much slack. Just save up and get a wireless.

I just got these out of the package plugged them, in they worked great for about 5 min then the volume got lower and lower and lower till you can't hear anything anymore. Very disappointing after waiting a week to get these in the mail. If this is how there low end products are hate to spend the money on there high end stuff.

    Coating rubs off, stains shirts

I owned these for a couple of months. Functionally they are fine but now the coating is rubbing off onto my clothes when I put them around my neck. What does that? It has stained three of my shirts before I discovered it was the headphones. What a piece of junk.

I have had the P11's for less than one year, and they have already broken. I cannot talk through the mic and the chords have now gotten tangled, and the tangled chords look terrible.

If I had to describe this product in one word, it would be horrible, the wiring shorted out in the right side after 1 month and after 2 months, They were completely shot.... Horrible.
