My grandson loves these and there easy to use and durable

I have returned at 2 of these headset due to they would come apart around the ear piece and head band area. It sounds good but in my opinion it not built to last.

I only use these for phone calls so I can't review the other functionality. My job requires I be on the phone for hours and that's why I got these. The only problem I have is that after about 3 hours they start getting uncomfortable.

Headphones and mic are high quality. Set-up is easy. The only issue I have with them is that there are a lot of wires involved. In the end, these are a high-quality wired set of gaming headphones that will not disappoint.

This product is good to a certain degree, but it has way too many cords and the mic volume adjusts on its own from time to time and it could get really annoying. Overall, I think it's a good product. Just minor flaws

My son was so excited about getting a wireless headset but we Could not get it to connect wirelessly so we didn't get a chance to use it. He was so disappointed.

Works great and my husband is quite pleased with these head phone. He is anxious to use them with friends online.

These headphones are perfect in my opinion the only thing that these headphones need is bass and that is about it. The rest is well.

My son has had a couple of these. Through overuse the wire has worn out. Best Buy has always replaced with protection program. Lasted an ave of 1 1/2 years

Not worth it I Dont think so uncomfortablly bulky should buy a used McDonalds headset save half the money and look as stupid answering the door with it on

I have had two of these headsets now. The first was purchased at Best Buy and literally fell apart on my head. It has this small piece of plastic that allows the ear pieces to swivel. Those pieces of plastic snap at random and render your headset useless. The only reason I had two was because I followed up with the warranty process. The second one broke after two weeks of having it. Save yourself some pain and just go for Afterglow or something else instead.

Easily breakable, had to return and and get a new one which broke again.

can not raise the volume up. hard to adjust and the mic gets in the way

I honestly think the PX 21s where better but for the Price you can't really pass it up

These headset are great, but Break easy if there mistreated.

The volume control broke after owning only a month.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING THESE. I have owned several pair of turtle beach headsets and these are by far the worse pair of headsets ive ever owned. They are the most uncomfortable headset ever made, you can buy $20 headsets that are more comfortable than this junk. Not only that the audio and mic quality is terrible. Just do yourself a favor and buy a real pair of headsets, buy some ASTROS

This was purchased as a gift and has been a hit. Daily usage and so far no problems.
